Research abstracts from faculty members and research scholars funded under OURIIP for all branches of study, viz, Science, Social Science, Language and Literature, Commerce and Management, Engineering Sciences and Legal Studies. Participation of OURIIP seed fund beneficiaries and research scholars of 2019, 2020 and 2021 are mandatory; participation for 2022 batch is optional. Researchers active under the various Centers of Excellence (COEs) funded by OHEPEE and leading/participating projects funded by various funding agencies such as DST, DBT, CSIR, ICSSR, ICPR, ICHR, ICMR, BRNS, DRDO, UGC, etc. are also invited. Abstracts submitted to ORC-2023 must contain original work and should not have been previously published, presented or submitted for publication or presentation at the time of this submission. Work already showcased at ORC-2022 will be excluded.

Abstract and poster guidelines

  • Abstract should be in an extended format and submitted online not exceeding 1000 words including figure and/or tables
  • Abstract to be written in Times New Roman Font (size: 12) with line spacing of 1.5.
  • Abstract is to be presented as poster during the Conclave.
  • Size of poster

    Accommodation

    Accommodation is available for outstation participants only on first come first serve basis

    Financial Support

    As most of the participants belong to OURIIP or OHEPEE projects, travel and local stay etc. may be drawn from travel or contingency heads of their respective projects
